Sporting Iowa East Winter Training Program: Session One

What: A 6 week, invite only program for current or perspective Sporting Iowa East Players 11U-19U (2014-2007 Birth Year). 6 Week; 12 Sessions Mondays and/or Thursdays. Training with the Sporting Iowa East Staff working on tactical and technical game situations. Age-appropriate curriculum with a sliding scale focus on individual technical development and tactical concepts. Position specific training will be a core tenant of the program.

When: Mondays and/or Thursday. Starts December 2 and runs every Monday/Thursday through January 23 - Winter Break - No training December 23, 26, 30 and January 2

Practices: Sessions are 60 minutes from 6pm-7pm

Program Fees: $125 1 night or $225 both nights

Sporting Iowa East Current Player Discount: $25 (code in email)

Sporting Winter Academy Program 8U-11U: Session One

What: A 6 week, open enrollment program, Sporting Winter Soccer Academy 8U-10U (2017 - 2015 Birth Year) for player growth in the most important area of development at these ages; technical learning and proficiency with the ball. Focus on touch/control, passing and receiving, dribbling, turns, and moves, striking a ball/shooting and goalkeeper fundamentals.

Sporting Winter Pre-Academy Program 5U-8U: Session One

What: The Sporting Iowa East 5U-8U Pre-Academy is our introductory club training program of our Long-Term Player Development Pathway; 'love to train' and acts a precursor and feeder to the SIE Academy program (8U-10U).The 2024-25 Pre-Academy program is open to any player (boys & girls born between 2017-2020) who have a desire to further develop their soccer skills and receive professional training in a competitive and fun environment.

When: Tuesday and/or Thursday. Starts December 3 and runs every Tuesday/Thursday through January 23 - Winter Break - No training December 24, 26, 31 and January 2

Practices: Sessions are 60 minutes from 5pm-6pm

Program Fees: $125 1 night or $225 both nights
